Room Rates
- Above rates are based on double (1 Bedroom/Studio) or quadruple (2 Bedroom) occupancy.
- ATI weekend annually is priced as Dec 20 – Jan 5 period.
- Rates in the above table are start from pricing. Final price is subject to dates selected on our booking calendar.
Payment information
50% deposit due at the time of booking, with balance due 30 days prior to CheckIn. The full amount of the booking will be due if your arrival date is within 30 days of the booking date. We accept payments via major credit cards: AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, VISA.
LENGTH OF STAY LIMITATIONS
Max stay of 30 nights.
CANCELLATIONS
Standard: Deposits are fully refundable if notified more than 30 days prior to arrival date. Any reductions in stay or cancellations after that date are non-refundable. Processing is estimated at 5-10 business days after written notice of cancellation and must be emailed to Reservations.
INSURANCE
Guests are recommended to have and are responsible for insurance covering: cancellations, curtailment, and loss of baggage, personal effects, valuables and money. Please secure valuables in the in-room safe. Beach House will not be liable for lost or stolen items.
